Alucrom has have several years of experience within “Cellulosic Fire” (wood, paper) for commercial buildings such as airports, hotels and, sport stadiums.

We are also the only certified and approved applicator in Sweden for epoxy intumescent materials (such as Chartek) for “Hydrocarbon Fire” and "Jet Fire" (oil, gas and chemical fires) in refineries, oil depots and chemical processing plants. Chartek is approved by NORSOK M-501 and ANSI/UL 1709.

ANSI/UL 1709 is the test method described in American Petroleum Institutes standard API 2218 (Fireproofing Practices in Petroleum & Petrochemical Plants).

We can apply the fireproofing material on-site or off-site in our painting shops.
